Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Spendaily, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users of Spendaily, including free and premium subscribers.

You may create an account using email or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• One account per person

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Spendaily offers a free tier and a premium subscription with additional features.

Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store:

• Monthly: £4/month (with 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers)

• Yearly: £38/year

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Prices may vary by region and are determined by the App Store.

The 7-day free trial is available to first-time monthly subscribers only. No charge is applied during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through the App Store. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

• Your account reverts to the free tier after the subscription expires

• Your data is preserved and accessible on the free tier

To cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Spendaily → Cancel Subscription.

Spendaily, including its design, code, content, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of its creators. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

• Use the Spendaily name or logo without permission

• Create derivative works based on the app

Spendaily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Financial decisions made based on information in the app

• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control

• Interruptions in service or app availability

• Accuracy of budget calculations if incorrect data is entered

Spendaily is a budgeting tool, not financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time through the app: Settings → scroll to bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
